I offer up to two complimentary quotes per individual or group. This means you will not be charged for the initial quote or one revision. However, if your travel plans change or you request a third quote or beyond, due to additional customization or adjustments, a non refundable professional re-quote fee of $89.99 will apply.

Reasons for re-quoting may include, but are not limited to:

1. Customization Requests
   You may wish to add or remove services such as excursions, insurance, transfers, or meals. As your vision of the trip evolves, the quote must be updated accordingly.

2. Group Travel Adjustments
   In group bookings (e.g., friends, family, corporate travel), one person may collect the quote, but decisions are often made collectively. Requotes may occur as the group's preferences or requirements change.

3. Date or Destination Changes
   Changes to travel dates, destinations, or trip duration even slight ones can significantly impact flight and hotel pricing, requiring a revised quote.

4. Delays in Decision Making
   If too much time passes before booking, prices and availability may change. Requoting becomes necessary due to expired fares, sold-out rooms, or supplier price changes.

5. Change in Travel Party Adjustments to the number of travelers (such as adding or removing a child, partner, or friend) can impact accommodations, transportation, and pricing, resulting in a new quote.

Why the Re-Quote Fee?

The $89.99 re-quote fee compensates for the time and effort spent:

• Researching the best accommodations and pricing

• Staying up-to-date on evolving travel regulations

• Communicating with airlines, resorts, and tour operators

• Providing accurate information about destination entry requirements

While online booking is always an option, my service fee ensures you receive the personalized attention of a dedicated travel professional someone who handles every detail and navigates challenges on your behalf, giving you peace of mind every step of the way.

Note: This fee is not always applied and may be waived at my discretion based on the complexity of the request.

Service Fee Policy

I may charge a service fee to ensure the time and expertise dedicated to your travel planning is compensated fairly.

Service fees may vary depending on the complexity of your trip and will be discussed openly during our consultation call and text . This non-refundable fee is not an extra cost it will be applied toward the total cost of your booking, turning it into an investment in your overall travel experience.
